Doehler released the Brewers QCheck Kit, a brewer test kit that consists of different culture media, LMC concentrate and liquid culture media with an indicator dye for detection of beer spoiling microorganisms in yeast samples or as an enrichment medium.

The kit also includes tubes that ensure hygiene monitoring of production, filling or dispensing units. Critical indicator microorganisms such as Lactobacilli, Pediococci, Pectinaus and Megasphaera can be quickly detected using the tubes.

The kit contains an illustrated manual to ensure correct usage and requires no preliminary work. The composition of the culture media helps obtain accurate results.

All over the world, the interest of the consumers for healthy food, like fermented products, is increasing due to the growing number of people affected by diseases related to an inadequate diet and sedentary lifestyle.
