Linx: Laser Coding Systems

Linx has launched two laser coders in its csl range, csl10 (10 W) and csl30 (30 W), which are able to relay messages from the control unit to the marking head more quickly.

These can handle complex messages and graphics, ideal for high speed packing and bottling lines. Both models can apply crisp codes onto many different packaging materials including coated paper and card, plastic, glass, rubber, coated metal and anodised aluminium.

Both laser coders operate on an efficient system that delivers long tube lives lasting around 45,000 hours, and produces high quality codes on glass and PET bottles while reducing energy usage by up to 50 percent.
