Givaudan: Food Flavouring

The new food flavouring range by Givaudan—FreezeFrame—enables the perception of freshness in convenience foods. The first phase of the taste and flavour solutions range includes: lime, lemon, asparagus, lettuce, basil, coriander/ cilantro and parsley, and is already in the market. The second phase of the food flavourings—comprising chive, cucumber, ginger, lemongrass and Thai basil—is under development and will be available later this year.

As freshly cut herbs are often used as a final ingredient to a dish, the line provides a taste of freshness from herbs, vegetables and citrus fruits in convenience foods, and is intended to improve the taste of processed foods.
