Sensient Flavors: Natural Flavours

Sensient Flavors has released its all natural flavour collections, which are split into five botanical areas: florals, herbs, spices, tea and ginger. The natural flavours enable manufacturers to meet consumer demand for more natural and healthier options.
The floral collection includes jasmine, chrysanthemum, lavender, amongst others, and can be used for applications such as cocktails to confectionery and dairy. The spice collection includes black pepper, pink peppercorn, star anise, and clove bud.
The herb collection comprises garden mint, coriander leaves, and sage, amongst others. The tea collection features eight different tastes: green tea, matcha tea, white tea, cascara tea, rooibos, chai tea, black tea and earl grey. The ginger collection comprises six flavour profiles: classic ginger beer, ginger ale, ginger root, spicy ginger, Nigerian ginger and Chinese ginger (galangal).
