The Turbotemper TE 1800 by Sollich is a chocolate tempering system with a capacity of 1800 kg per hour. It provides tempering of different types of chocolate that results in a constant enrobing quality, high shelf-life and gloss over enrobed or
moulded products.

The machine has an integrated touch panel with intuitive surface and recipe management for easy handling and reproduction of the machine settings. The Tempergraph is designed for online measuring of the degree of temper to ensure a constant product quality. It is capable of producing uniform hollow good shells and pinhole free chocolate coating with reduced breakage.
